I need to interact with people, but have difficulties initiating new contacts on my own / from scratch

I will search for potential problems but as well how to prevent or solve them (not only pointing them out)

Can deeply focus on a task for multiple hours, be "in the zone", but struggle with multi-tasking

I deeply customize my tools to match my workflow. Even when it takes more time than it saves, I treat it as a creative outlet worth pursuing.
